The WOSB blacklist contains bookmakers that violate some of the following:
· Operating without required license or illegally hosted.
· Major payout problems of critical character.
· Use of promotional scam tactics
WOSB.com editors will inform bookmakers prior to making changes to and from the observation list and blacklist.
