Default my bet pay out problems

I joined My bet last month and unfortunately won both 2 bets with them. I had deposited from my Nationwide flex account and withdrew my first winnings with no problem but a hefty charge of a little over 17 euros. My second withdrawal requested on the 7th of April never turned up though. I went on holiday shortly after requesting and got back last week to find the funds still haven\'t been credited. My balance at the bookie also showed 0.00 which was very worrying. I sent off an email and got this reply; [color="Blue"]

Dear XXXX unfortunately your payout request for 240,00? was returned to us by your bank. The reason given was \"INVALID BENE ACCT.\" Here are the details you had provided us with. nationwide EU IBAN: GBxx NAIA xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx BIC: xxxxxxx (I have coded these here for security reasons but I assure you they are correct) Please check them again. The amount returned is 165,03 ?. Please enquire with your bank for a breakdown of the charges. We can transfer the funds again or credit them to your account. Please let us know, which method you prefer. Kind regards

I have been to Nationwide, they have no record of any transactions over the month period and say they never made any charges, they have asked me to send them more details. I requested a withdrawal of 240 euros so this is all very worrying. I have emailed them 3 times since yesterday with no reply. They have paid into this account with exactly the same details before for heavensake. I haqve now received one reply and will kep you all posted on how I get on.

I think it is understandable if the sportsbook payout late because sometimes they need to confirm the scores yet.

Agree.. Sometimes the result not yet key in after finish the game,, so our payout is delayed.. But i'm not agreed if the score already key in but you still not get your winnings.. That's so unfair..

If that is case, we need to make follow with our bookmaker and make sure that our payout will be confirmed to bet on other game.

For me, I always check the scores in the Livescore website like espn, sbolive and the like to check the result, so I know if I won.
