Over-under 2.5 goals betting predictions tips

Under / over 2.5 goals prediction is one such type of the betting that is mainly famous at the Asian sides. However it is gaining fame in other parts of the world to, it is basically a soccer specific betting technique.

The Under/Over 2.5 prediction is based on the total number of the goals in the match. The 2.5 shows the number of goals, since number of goals is always in whole numbers so there will always be a winner and loser in the bet as the total number of goals cannot be equal to 2.5.

In this sort of betting the bookmakers select either under 2.5 or over 2.5 goal. If the match ends with a 1-1, it means that the total number of goals is 2 and hence the total number of goals is lower than 2.5 which comes under the 2.5 conditions so the under 2.5 betting person wins the bet.

On the other hand is the game ends with a score of 2-1, it means that the total number of goals is 3 which comes under the over2.5 condition so the bookmaker with over 2.5 goals prediction wins the bet.

Since it is based on the total number of goals so the main point of concern about this is that while betting one need to be careful about certain things, suppose there is a match between two teams with the same strength and same ranking, then the most favorable bet for one is to go for the under 2.5 bet instead of the over 2.5 as there are chances that the goals may not exceed the limits due to the same strength of both the teams. While if the teams are of different strengths then the over 2.5 goals prediction is good, but yet there are always chances of thing going against your bet.

Under/over 2.5 goals prediction has a good point that it will always give you a definite answer and will never lead you to the drawn situation.
